My son & I have built a Adirondack lean-to. It took me about two years to complete due to a busy work schedule. It turned out bigger than planned but pleased with the end results. I love to show it off. If anyone wants to see pictures or see it in real life drop me a email. I live in St.Lawrence couny N.Y. I just bought more land and I’m thinking of building another lean-to.

Dear Ken,
I am a volunteer with the Yougiogheny River Hike/Bike Trail in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Our trail is part of the Great
Allegheny passage that goes 350 miles from Pittsburgh to Washington, D.C.
We are looking to construct 2-3 Adirondack shelters along our section of the trail for through bikers and hikers. I am looking for plans.
Any help that you can give me in this area would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been looking around to see who else out there is into
constructing Adirondack Lean-to Shelters. Since 1999 I’ve
enjoyed the experience of building three, all in Maine.
The most recent project; last summer for the Appalachain Mountain Club
up in the Moosehead Lake region.

Hello, I have been interested in the Adirondack Lean To and have ordered one of your plans. This is what I have been looking for. Hope to receive the plans soon so when spring comes, I too can build one.
